Summary

The JS100ProTechnical Cleanliness Inspection System is a high-performance particle size inspection system for the automotive parts, aerospace and hydraulic lubrication industries. The system includes high-performance optical microscope, high-stability motorized stage, automatic analysis software, high-definition image scanning CCD, high degree of automation, simple operation, fast and efficient image acquisition, automatic compensation and focus, to ensure that each frame of image is clear, Browse seamlessly, identify statistics intelligently, and generate results and reports according to selected criteria (according to VDA19.1, ISO16232, ISO4406 and internal specifications). Application

JS100Pro technical cleanliness inspection system fully meets the requirements of VDA 19.1-2015, ISO 16232, ISO4406, ISO 4407 and QV11111 and the standards defined by customers. It is used in automobile parts, bearings, engines, steam turbines, aviation, semiconductors, data storage, medical equipment, communications, precision instruments, wear monitoring of large industrial and mining equipment and other fields. With the automatic polarized light source (patent number: CN216560229U), the metallic luster reflection properties of all pollutants on the whole filter membrane can be determined by one scan (within 5 minutes). At the same time, according to the morphological definition of fiber in VDA19.1 (stretching length/maximum inscribed circle diameter > 20, maximum inscribed circle diameter 50 microns), the classification and size measurement of the following four types of particles are quickly and automatically completed: reflective particles, reflective fibers, non-reflective particles and non-reflective fibers.

HD Optical Microscope

In JS100Pro Technical Cleanliness Inspection System, the exposure time and threshold can be set automatically, and the samples can be detected, which can meet the requirements specified in the above standards. Meanwhile, the functions of manual exposure and manual threshold are still retained, and users can freely choose according to their needs.

In order to make the analysis results comparable, VDA19.1-2015 clearly stipulates the threshold parameters for distinguishing the gray scale of the image between particles and filter background by using polarizing microscope: the maximum gray scale of filter background should be set at 55% 5% of the whole gray scale (by adjusting the brightness of light source and exposure time of camera), and the binary threshold should be set at 70% of the maximum gray scale. The left part of the gray scale threshold is recognized as particles.
