Mixed Cellulose Membrane (MCE)
Description
The membrane made of mixed cellulose is a standard common filter membrane, which is a mixture of cellulose diacetate (CA) and nitrocellulose (CN), with good pore-forming properties, good hydrophilicity, readily available materials and relatively low cost. Low, low protein adsorption. It is used for chemotaxis and cell retention, particle collection, and is also commonly used for ultra-clean filtration of solutions and light scattering measurements, as well as sterile filtration of aqueous solutions, buffers, serum and culture media, and mobile phase filtration of HPLC. Filters can be normally sterilized at 121°C without loss of integrity.
Application
1.Air monitoring and microbial analysis.
2.For routine laboratory filtration sterilization and contamination analysis.
3.Suitable for aqueous solution, not resistant to acid, alkali and organic solvent.
